Open to anyone who hasn’t entered an ESO show before or any horse/pony who didn’t place 1st or 2nd in any class the previous month.

CLASS 10. PETS IN WINTER - non equine

Open to all non equine pets
All images must be winter themed

*The class winner will qualify for Pet of the Year in Decemberwinter

*All collages to be submitted ready made. Please keep digital editing to a MINIMUM unless otherwise stated in the class details!

Only 1 horse/rider combination per entry unless otherwise stated.

Entry Fees Classes are £3.50 each* and include 2nd Class postage. (Any Overseas winners will be invoiced individually depending on parcel weight & destination country)

Rosettes to 6th place.

Entries close 7pm on 31st of January

Equestrian Showing Online Terms & Conditions

By entering Equestrian Showing Online shows you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

· The judges’ decisions are final.

· Results will be posted once they have been received from the judges.

· We endeavor to have all results posted within 72 hours of the closing date and time. Any delays to this will be notified in advance.

· Entries will not be uploaded until payment has been received.

· Entries cannot be changed once they have been submitted.

· It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure their address is provided correctly at the time of entry and to make Equestrian Showing Online aware of any address changes.

· If you change your address, please message us as soon as possible.

· All entrants must have permission to use any and all images they submit. Watermarked images will not be accepted.

• The use of AI is NOT permitted. This includes running your own image through an AI generator.

· You must have permission from everyone in the image to enter.

If the entry includes a horse that you do not own, you must have permission from the owner to include their horse in the entry.

Anyone in breach of the above three rules will be disqualified with no refund.

· Horse & Rider combinations may enter each class as many times as they like.

· Entries are to be for one horse ONLY per entry unless otherwise stated on the schedule.

· Judges may not enter any classes that they are judging.

· For collage classes, you must create your own collages. We will not do it for you.

· Please ensure all images are rotated the right way up.

· If a class doesn’t contain at least 6 entries, we have the right to continue that class into the following month.

· All images sent to Equestrian Showing Online will be in the public domain.

· Any person under the age of 16 must have parental consent to take part.

· Equestrian Showing Online takes no responsibility for damage or loss of rosettes while in the post.

· We strongly advise that all relevant personal protective equipment is worn.

· International entrants must cover standard airmail postage, for rosettes and prizes. Postage is charged at cost in line with parcel size/weight and destination country.

· UK entrants are provided with 2nd Class delivery included in your entry fee.

· Judging will commence once entries close, on the last day of the month after 7pm.

· Equestrian Showing Online has the right to make changes to the schedule, rosettes, prizes, sponsors and entry prices.

· Equestrian Showing Online is a “fun” show and is in no way associated with any breed or showing societies.
